Buy Surface RT Tablet

The distribution channels for the Microsoft Surface tablet will be expanded within the week by the company. The Surface RT tablet is currently available in a number of countries including Canada, the United States, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Germany France and the UK. The tablet is only available through the online and physical stores of Microsoft for US consumers. On the other hand a small number of distribution channels are available for buyers outside the United States. However it appears that these distribution channels may increase within the week.

Thurott indicated that the Surface tablet using the Windows RT will be available through a number of electronic stores around the world as it expands its distribution channel beyond the stores owned by Microsoft. The expansion is currently limited for markets outside the US although the coming year will see the two Surface tablet models being sold through retailers based in the US.

Expanding its distribution channel for the Surface RT tablet may allow Microsoft to increase its sales of the tablet during the holidays. Speculations have emerged hinting of the possibility that the company is implementing the expansion since sales may not reach its expectations and it aims to boost the sales of the tablet. It may also be possible that the supply chain has stabilized ahead of schedule that will allow the company to expand its distribution channels.

Whatever the reason may be, more consumers in the international market will be able to check out the Microsoft Surface tablet if the statements of Thurott are accurate. As the increasing number of distribution channels will start within the week, it may allow consumers to check out the device and decide whether they want it or not as a gift for Christmas.
