panasonic windows 8 tablet

To join the fun at the CES 2013 Panasonic recently launched a 4K Windows 8 tablet. This huge tablet (if at all it can be termed one) reminiscing your small LCD TV back home is not exactly portable. That being said, the display is more than just stunning. To woo customers Panasonic has provided plenty of 4K images on the display model and they look absolutely fantastic. This 20” tablet also comes with an optical stylus that can be used both for the purpose of navigating the operating system’s user interface and also for retouching photos. Although no specifications have been shared by Panasonic it is clear they are targeting this tablet to designers and to photographers and architects; people who use a lot of time editing, retouching and previewing images.

A small thing that may plague this device is that the back heats significantly when in use. This might actually pose some problem for Panasonic to launch this on time as this is an obvious area of concern. Nevertheless the problem, this is certainly one tablet that we can look forward to seeing in the future.
